According to source, there is this one individual spotted recently cruising along EDSA using plate number 7 on his White Escalade. He uses this bulletproof white escalade worth 10 million to play golf at Wack-Wack and gamble in casino daily. By having this special plate number, the car is seen driving in the lane designated for buses only to avoid traffic and possible uses this vehicle to avoid regulations while driving away.

He is actually rich but not as rich as Manny Pacquiao who uses the same car model. He is allegedly the father of a politician. Aside taking advantage of using this fake plate number, his citizenship is being questioned as well.
