JUST IN: Kilig is officially on! Regal Entertainment has officially announced “Almost Us” as the launching movie of today’s hottest love team JM Ibarra and Fyang Smith, set to hit cinemas this May 6. 

Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Dan Villegas, Almost Us marks a highly anticipated collaboration between Regal Entertainment and Project 8, the award-winning production company led by Dan Villegas and Tonette Jadaone—raising expectations for a heartfelt, unforgettable big-screen romance.

Regal Entertainment also revealed that the complete cast lineup will be announced soon, adding to the growing excitement surrounding the project.

JM and Fyang’s pairing follows their massive success in the MMFF hit “Shake, Rattle & Roll: Evil Origins,” the second highest-grossing film of the last festival, as well as the popular iWant series “Ghosting.” With proven chemistry and a growing fanbase, Almost Us is shaping up to be one of the most talked-about films of the year.
