Singer-actor Inigo Pascual has introduced a trilogy of heartbreak-themed songs titled "Basta’t Alam Kong Tayo," "Kahit Hindi Mo Ako Nakikita," and "Okay Lang Ako." The actor-singer shared that he wrote these deeply emotional tracks while filming the series "Monarch" in November 2022.
Pascual explained his creative process, saying, "I really wanted to make a Tagalog song after my previous album, which was predominantly in English. I was in my creative headspace, and when I'm in that zone, I feel the need to finish the songs quickly." He continued, "These three songs weren't planned as a trilogy. I wrote them, and they turned out to be sad music—it was really heartbreak that came out."
Despite his busy schedule with auditions in Los Angeles following his role in the Hollywood series "Monarch," Pascual remains keen on participating in the Philippine entertainment industry. He expressed a desire to collaborate with his father, actor Piolo Pascual, stating, "I'm not closing my doors to acting here. I haven’t worked with Papa P yet. Hopefully, we get to make that happen."
Inigo Pascual is set to return to Los Angeles on Friday, July 19, as he continues to explore opportunities in both local and international entertainment scenes.
