Carren Eistrup Becomes The New Bida Next Grand Winner of Eat Bulaga

MANILA, Philippines 一 After numerous weeks of challenges involving acting, vlogging, dancing, and singing, Carren Eistrup becomes tfhe newest addition to the main roster of Eat Bulaga's Dabarkads after winning the BIDA Next competition last February 4, 2023. 

During the final showdown, Carren sang "The Climb" by Miley Cyrus and “Pangarap Na Bituin' by Faith Cuneta. She also showcased her talent in performing by doing a sing-and-dance number for her last challenge - an opening production number for Gen Z. Eistrup eventually beat out five of her competitors and emerged victorious to be the newest host of the longest-running noontime variety show in the country. 

The 14-year-old singer was tagged as the “Bidang Cebuana Singer” throughout the competition because of her great talent and enthusiasm when performing. 

During an interview with GMA, Carren shared that she joined BIDA Next since it has always been her dream as a child to give good vibes and that she's passionate about making people happy. 

After snatching the win last February 4,she immediately celebrated her 14th Birthday on February 5, making a double celebration for the new Eat Bulaga Dabarkads. 

Carren has been featured in various commercials like “ToppsSarap Rebisco Product and TV Shows such as Little Big Shots,”“ToppsSarapTopss Star Season 2, “Centerstage"”, and “Tawag ng Tanghalan Kids. 

Her recent win is an addition to the awards she's taken home over the years. in 2018, Carren brought home eight gold medals and seven division champion plaques when she sang and played the piano at the World Championship of Performing Arts (WCOPA).
