The 'Love Together, Hope Together Scan and Win Promo' is a raffle promo offer to those who have downloaded and registered in the GMA Mobile Application. By earning digital promo entries from the app, it gives a chance for registered users to win prizes.
The promo period is from December 5, 2021 - December 25, 2021.
HOW TO JOIN
1. This promo is open to all GMA Network viewers and online users, and to qualify, he or she must be a resident of the Philippines and must be a fan of GMA Network by liking the official GMA Network Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/GMANetwork/).
2. Participants must first download the latest version of the GMA Mobile Application (Version 5.0), a showbiz entertainment mobile application, on their Android or iOS device. The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple Store for free, but it requires an Internet or data connection to download. Standard data charges apply.
3. To participate in the promo, users who have downloaded the GMA Mobile Application for the first time must provide their one-time registration information as detailed below:
- First Name and Last Name (as it appears on valid ID)
- Complete address
- Mobile Number (Mobile Number will only be used to contact the winners and shall not be disclosed for any other purpose outside the promo. Incomplete registration details shall not be valid.)
- E-mail address
4. Users have an option to register through their Facebook account to supply registration information. In case of insufficient data gathered from their Facebook account, users must provide their complete contact information as detailed in (c).
5. Users must accept the terms and conditions.
6. Upon registration, a user can log in to the GMA Mobile App and start earning Kapuso Hearts.
7. To earn Kapuso Hearts, users must watch GMA and must wait for the Love Together, Hope Together Scan and Win Promo signal to join.
8. Once the signal to join has been announced, a Love Together, Hope Together Scan and Win Promo QR Code will appear on GMA-7. A QR Scanner will also be available on the GMA Mobile App under the Kapuso Promos section.
9. Users must select and join the active Love Together, Hope Together Scan and Win Promo card to participate in the cut-off period and earn Kapuso Hearts.
10. A participant may earn Kapuso Hearts by the following Mobile Application action:

11. Upon the activation of the Love Together, Hope Together Scan and Win Promo card under the Kapuso Promos section, users can earn points by launching the QR scanner and scanning the unique QR code on GMA-7. Once a unique QR Code has been scanned a corresponding number of Kapuso Hearts can be earned.

12. A unique QR code with an assigned number of Kapuso Hearts will be aired on TV.
13. Only 1 unique QR code will be available per program per episode.
14. A user may earn from 1 to 5 Kapuso Hearts per unique QR Code.
15. A user may earn a minimum of 1 Kapuso Hearts and a maximum of 40 Kapuso Hearts per day.
16. Each participation per cut-off may need an Internet connection. Standard data charges apply.
17. All Kapuso Hearts shall be consolidated in the GMA Mobile App database with the timestamp per cut-off period.
18. 1 Kapuso Heart is equivalent to one raffle entry per cut-off period.
19. Users may only win once for the entire duration of the promo. If a user has already won a prize, he/she will not be qualified for the succeeding cut-off periods.
20. Prizes are not transferable.
21. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
22. A DTI representative shall be invited to check, test, validate and verify the computer system for receiving entries and registration, assigning random computer-generated raffle entries, and drawing of winners. A copy of the said system shall be sealed in an envelope and signed by the DTI representative for safekeeping of GMA New Media Inc. for verification of DTI at any time.
23. The “Board of Judges” composed of duly authorized representatives from GMA Network, Inc., with the presence of a DTI representative, will supervise the drawing of winners. Decisions by the Board Judges are final with concurrence with DTI.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
24. GMA shall notify the winners via a phone call, registered mail, and special announcements may it be through SMS, or print media.
25. There will be an online announcement of winners via the GMA Mobile App and its social media pages.

26. GMA reserves the right to conduct further validation and verification before awarding the prize to the winner.
CLAIMING OF PRIZES
27. Metro Manila winners may claim their prize at the 11th Floor GMA Network Center. All other incidental expenses in claiming the prize (e.g. transportation expense, representation expense, etc.) shall be shouldered by the winner. For provincial winners, GMA Network, Inc. shall shoulder the courier fee.
28. For Cash Prizes, winners may have the option to transfer via GCash or Bank Transfer. Winners must provide complete bank details with their name as registered in the promo and in their valid IDs.
29. The winner must present two (2) valid photo IDs with a signature reflecting the details inputted during the promo registration, TIN number (if available), the device used in the promo, and sign a waiver when claiming his/her prize. The winner must also present the registered mail that GMA Network, Inc sent.
30. Should a winner opt for a representative to claim his/her prize, the representative should bring with him/her an authorization letter from the winner, two (2) valid IDs, the device used in the promo, and the valid ID of the representative with picture and signature.
31. If the winner is a minor, then he/she must be accompanied by his parent/legal guardian when he/she claims his prize. The parent/legal guardian of the winner must then present his valid identification and proof that he is the parent/legal guardian of the subscriber.
32. Failure to submit any of the required proof and documentation is grounds for disqualification.
33. Prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash.
34. Prizes unclaimed after 60 Days are forfeited in favor of GMA Network, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
IMPORTANT: Failure to submit any of the required proof and documentation is a ground for disqualification.
Who are NOT qualified/eligible to join the promo:
All GMA employees, its subsidiaries, its agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
