Miss World Philippines 2019 Candidate no.4 Glyssa Bingas Perez of Bohol during the Meet and Greet with some members of the press and supporters held in Tramway Buffet Plaza, Shaw in Mandaluyong.
Glyssa, an Australian born Filipina whose mother hails from the beautiful island of Danao Bohol and father from Hagonoy Bulacan is making a comeback on the Philippine Pageantry stage. She vies to be one of the 6 Queens for this year’s edition of Miss World Philippines.
Glyssa was crowned Miss Woodcraft at the age of 16 in 2011, Miss WOW Balcktown, Miss WOW Charity in 2012, Miss Philippines Australia 2014, Miss Bohol 2016, Miss JCI Visayas, Miss JCI Phil 2016 and Miss World Philippines 2017 1st Princess. She has completed her bachelor’s degree in commerce majoring in finance in Sydney, Australia where she was notably awarded twice for best in finance in 2015-2016.
She has been a Breast Cancer Awareness Advocate since 2014 and has teamed up with the Philippine Foundation of Breast Care, Inc (KASUSO) in the beginning of 2018 to raise awareness and raise funds to help the lives of its patients in the Philippines.
This time she is ready to win!
