Manila – Lawyer and UST Professor Angelo De Alban will run for senator in the 2019 elections.
De Alban filed his certificate of candidacy last October 16 at the Commission on Elections Headquarter. According to Angelo, he wants to maintain his independence by running as an Independent candidate this election.
De Alban said he wants to run for senator because he seeks to improve laws in the education, health, agriculture, and housing program. He also cited some of the country’s problems, such as inflation and the rising prices of commodities.
Angelo came from a family of Lawyers and Teachers. His grandfather is the former Isabela Mayor for quite some time. He graduated from University of Santo Tomas having a bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Law, and Masters of Law. He is a working student during his college days and now he is a University Professor in the same school. He co-founded St. Philomena School: Kid’s Comfort Zone Inc, a private school for children with special needs located in Bulacan.
His determination, sincerity, and love for our country will help him achieve what his heart desires.
