Thinking where to eat in BGC?
Well, one of the go-to place we usually go with my office mates is at GRINGO'S Chicken Ribs and Friends Restaurant located at 2nd Avenue corner 30th street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Landmark is Burgos Circle, very near.
For first timers, you should try their chicken, masarap siya promise! I prefer the original, I tasted both the original and the southern spice but I prefer the original coz the latter is quite maasim. I just don't like it. whole chicken comes with 3 side dishes, you can choose either rice, mashed potato, macaroni salad, buttered corn, etc. Try also their Nachos, OMG! this is one of their best sellers, pwede siya sa group since one order is marami na, sulit na. Topped with cheese, tomatoes, and ground beef, mouthwatering talaga! sarap nito grabe. I also tried their Baby Back Ribs, masarap, malambot siya, ok rin to. We ordered the family size and nagkasya siya sa amin apat. We ordered also their pork adobo, a classic Filipino dish, it's also tasty however the size maybe is good for 2-3 people only. Hindi siya ganun kadami. For the drinks, they offer soda, juice, and alcoholic beverages. We ordered pitcher of lemonade and iced tea. Both are very refreshing but i prefer their house brewed iced tea.
If you are on a budget, I suggest just try their chicken, ribs and nachos, ok na yun busog na. Sa price, medyo pricey siya pero kung maghahati hati naman kayo, pwede na. Whole chicken with 3 sides cost Php648, Baby Back Ribs full rack Php745 with 3 sides na rin, nachos is only Php265, Adobo is Php268. Pitcher Iced Tea is Php175 while the Lemonade pitcher is Php189. San Mig is Php65. Just add 12% for the service charge.
Overall, Gringo's Chicken and Ribs is really a must try!
