One of the country's premiere movie outlet, Reality Entertainment, is set to give moviegoers another cinematic masterpiece to premiere this October.
Directed by Joven Tan, "Santigwar" is headlined by Kapamilya stars Alexa Ilacad, Marco Gallo, Paulo Angeles, and Marlo Mortel.
Santigwar is a Bicolano term referring to an equipment that healer's used to fight bad spirits.
During our set visit on their last shooting day, Alexa shared "Ako po yun Santigwar. Yun pumapatay sa mga aswang. Meron akong weapon na ginagamit na pampatay ng mga aswang at yun ang tinatawag ng iba na "Santigwar". Na-enjoy ko po yun mga fight scenes ko sa movie kaya nakakalungkot na ngayon ang last taping day namin. Recently lang kasi din po kami nakapag bonding, nakapagchikahan dahil meron rin akong shooting ng The Killer Bride kaya paalis-alis din po ako."
Giving Direk Joven's touch, the viewers will surely experience not an ordinary barkada movie with the story's twist and turns which will make the audience get glued on their seat.
The movie also stars Dan Fernandez, Keann Johnson, Pam Gonzales, and Mich Liggayu.
